Position on Product Page

Here, Admin can set the position for the tiered pricing table by which it gets displayed on the single product page.

Selected Quantity Font Color

Here, Admin can set the font color of the applying rule row as per the quantity selected by the customer on the tiered pricing table.

Admin can configure global rules from this page so if any rule is not defined on the product level so these rules will be applicable on all those products if they are not excluded.

Admin can configure discount pricing rules by editing the product and from General tab for simple products.
