Official Cloud API WhatsApp Module for Perfex CRM
Our module is designed to enhance the communication experience between staff members and clients within the Perfex CRM platform.
It offers a direct, real-time chat client through the Perfex dashboard, allowing staff to engage with clients in a more personalized and efficient manner and set up Marketing Actions (Auto replies, Bots, Campaigns, etc).
New WhatsApp messages received are automatically added to Leads section of Perfex CRM, allowing you to convert them to Clients aswell.
Our module leverages the official Cloud API of WhatsApp, enabling staff to send messages, images, attachments, videos, and voice messages to clients and creating Marketing Automations using their data and Perfex CRM’s data.

Facebook allows replies through Cloud API within 24 hours of the received status timestamp
Limited to 50 free messages per day without Business verification of the Facebook App (this limitation doest exist if you verify your Business) and to generic WhatsApp Cloud API Usage Policy
Installation/Support
It takes only a few seconds to be installed, activated and have our module fully working.
You can install our module by going to Perfex CRM Settings -> Modules -> Upload and upload the zip file downloaded from CodeCanyon. Activate the module at the next step and you will be all set, after browsing the included documentation and setting up everything third-party needed.
