Add a Service Name, which you can easily generate with AI. Next, select a Service Type—choose between Compound Services for multi-part or bundled offerings, or Collaborative Services. 

Flexible Service Details: Tailor your service to perfection by adding key details. Upload an image using the “Choose file here” button to give your service a professional appearance. Select the appropriate Category for organization and assign a Service Tax. if required. Define the Duration in minutes and set Minimum or Maximum Units to control booking limits. You can use the Flexible Duration module for this.  For promotions, use the Discount dropdown after enabling the Discount Module, or enable the Free Service toggle for no-cost offerings.

Enrich Customer Experience: Make your service more appealing by adding a clear and concise Description. Enable the Repeat Appointments option for recurring bookings, making it convenient for regular customers. These features are designed to enhance customer satisfaction while streamlining your management process.

The Service Page in BookingGo provides a centralized hub for managing your services. Alongside viewing essential details like Name, Category, Price, and Duration, you can integrate Online Meeting options such as Google Meet and Zoom Meeting. Additionally, the Action Column provides tools like the Team Booking Add-On for managing multiple staff, the Additional Services Add-On to enhance your offerings, and the Easy Deposit Add-On for partial payments. Additionally, the Staff Page enables you to import or export staff details using the Import and Export Module, making bulk updates or data migration hassle-free. 1. Start Your Booking: Locate and click the “Book an Appointment” button on your website to get started. This will lead you to the service selection page.

2. Select Your Preferences:

  • Choose Your Service: Select the desired service from the dropdown menu.
  • Pick a Location: Choose the location where you want to avail of the service.
  • Optional Staff Selection: Select a specific staff member if required. Once done, click “Next” to proceed.
  • Feature Highlight: Use the Team Booking Add-On to allow customers to book multiple people in a single session

    Feature Highlight: For seamless scheduling, customers can sync their appointments using the iCal Exports module.

Feature Highlight: Add more services to your appointment using the Additional Services Add-On, ensuring a one-stop booking experience.

3. Pick a Date and Time: From the calendar, select a date that suits you and choose an available time slot for your service and staff.

4. Enter Your Details: Provide the necessary personal details to complete your booking:

  • Full Name
